We have the parts needed to install a 7-way and brake controller on your 2021 Lexus NX300h. You would first need to start with a 4-way if you don't have one already. The Yakima OnRamp Bike Rack item # Y36FR will work for your two Lectric XP3 e-bikes. The OnRamp has a 66 lbs per bike capacity and works with fat tires up to 3-1/4" wide. I checked with Lectric and it looks like your bikes weigh 64 lbs with the battery and come with 3" wide tires. It is recommended to remove the batteries when transporting e-bikes on a bike rack.

I recommend the Class III hitch because it is allows for a greater range of accessories. The difference between class III and class II hitches is the 2 inch opening compared to the 1-1/4 inch receiver tube opening. There are far more accessories and bike racks that fit a 2 inch hitch than the smaller 1-1/4 inch and because the shank inserted in the receiver is larger they are more stable and can support more weight.

The StraightShot moves the center of the hitch pin hole out 7-1/4" and then your BackRoad is 9" from the hitch pin hole to the upright on the bike rack so this gives you enough clearance. When I tried to contact them for input they only took my information and never returned my phone call. The Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Platform Rack # KU74FR does have adjustable positioning for all the wheel trays. You are not able to adjust the distance from your vehicle or the distance between the bikes. The wheel trays simply adjust in or out to better fit the wheel base.
